In which areas do you collaborate with Pondres?
We collaborate with Pondres in the area of transactional mass printing and as central print provider for all our local branches. Pondres is taking care of the whole E2E processing (printing, enveloping and dispatching) of our written communication towards our clients.
What are the results of this collaboration?
With Pondres, we have found a partner who is able to improve our print process with enhanced and future proof technology and is capable to adapt based on our needs and growth.
What distinguishes Pondres from other suppliers?
Pondres is on one hand a solid print partner with years of experience in the transactional print sector, however, has also a clear focus and vision in regards to the digital transformation. The values Pondres stands for are very much compatible with our values – speed, flexibility, innovation, win-win and last but not least, customer focus, and hence, will help us to achieve our ambitious goals. Therefore, we have chosen Pondres, because we were looking for a partner and not only a supplier as such.
How do you see future developments within your sector and field?
The digital transformation is affecting all of us and every industry. However, paper based communication will still be produced in quite high volumes over the next few years and especially within the insurance industry. It is a challenge to enhance our digital capabilities but at the same time properly manage the paper based outputs. Our focus is clearly on ensuring our service values and providing the best service with one face to the customer. Achieving the greatest possible client satisfaction is our top priority.
