elipsLife is a life insurance company that focuses on corporate businesses (B2B). They have the ambition to become the leading international insurance company for biometric risks. One key aspect is offering their customers, directly or through a broker, efficient communication with high customer added value. With this focus, an omni-channel document communication strategy is essential: a relevant message, at the right moment, through the most suitable channel.

The challenge

elipsLife launched an international tender to find a central communication partner that covers the European countries and has the scalability to support the growth of elipsLife in other worldwide countries. After an evaluation process elipsLife choose Pondres to become their new partner in document output management.

Our solution

Pondres made the difference with their strategy for the future as a solid print partner with a clear focus on digital innovation. The Pondres Omnia platform offers direct access to the most up-to-date technology, helping elipsLife in their digital transformation without leaving their current business behind. As a member of the international network IPN Global, Pondres can also facilitate worldwide production and distribution through local partners in the country of request for elipsLife.

Results

  • The project was realized with compliments for the smooth and fast implementation
  • The transactional mass printing is running and the first local print offices are selected to be set up in phase 2.
  • Next up are the roadmap and innovation sessions for digitalization to help elipsLife realize their ambitious goals.
